AI Accountant is a SaaS platform that automates the workflow and communication between accountants and their clients. The platform automatically collects missing receipts, sends reminders, generates reports, and gives your clients 24/7 access to accounting data via AI chat.
We start with integration with Tripletex, one of the most widely used accounting systems in Norway. We plan to support more systems based on feedback from pilot customers.
As a pilot customer, you participate in 2–3 workshops of approx. 2 hours, provide ongoing feedback, and share requests for new features. In return, you get early access, direct influence on the product, and a 40% lifetime discount. The pilot period runs from March to August 2026.
We take privacy very seriously. We enter into a separate data processing agreement in compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. All data is processed in accordance with current privacy legislation, and we maintain strict information security procedures.
Based on the industry's own figures, accountants spend up to 30% of their time chasing documents. AI Accountant can typically free up 15–20 hours per week per accountant — time that is otherwise not billable.
